Last Saturday, Sarah Williams and I hit the studio again to record our next 12in12 song: Let’s Call It Love!

The fabulous Jack Whitis engineered the session (held in my living room, of all places. Gotta love technology).

We were joined on this track by the wonderfully talented Brent Baker on trumpet, Michael Boris on percussion, and Jack Whitis on acoustic guitar.

This new tune will be released on Feb. 12 – just in time for Valentine’s day!! And, speaking of Valentines, stay tuned for our special 12in12 Video Valentine to you!

Earlier this year, I was lucky enough to have a song I co-wrote with Jamie Slocum featured in the movie trailer for the upcoming “You May Not Kiss the Bride” the movie stars Catherine McPhee, Kathy Bates and Rob Schneider. The song is called “Take Me,” and it’s the last song in the trailer. Check it out!
